Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of designflux.net and the DesignFlux design subscription. By subscribing, you agree to them.

The subscription

The Unlimited Designs plan is billed at $1,495 per month on a recurring basis. It includes unlimited design requests and revisions for multiple brands and projects. Requests are worked on one at a time, in the priority order you set.

Turnaround

Most requests are delivered within 24–48 hours. Simple graphics may take a few hours, complex requests 12–24 hours, and website or funnel designs 2–5 days. Timelines are estimates and we’ll share one with each brief.

Cancellation

There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime, and your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

• First design, zero risk: if you’re not happy with your first design, we’ll refund you.
• Try it for a week: if you’re not loving the service after your first week, you can get 75% of your payment back, no questions asked.

Ownership

Once paid for, the final designs we create for you are yours to use. You confirm that any materials you provide (logos, images, fonts, copy) are yours or that you have the right to use them.

Deliverables

Designs are delivered as high-resolution JPG, PNG and PDF files. Source files are available on request.

Fair use

“Unlimited” means unlimited requests and revisions, delivered one at a time. We may decline requests that are unlawful, infringing or outside graphic design.
